We specialise on advising the following Mortgage Customers:

First Time Buyers

This is aimed at clients looking to get themselves on the property ladder. Typically the minimum deposit required for these clients can be as little as 5%.


For clients who currently own their home and have a current mortgage in place but may be able to get a better rate from another provider. Customers on Standard Variable Rate with their existing lenders will have a great opportunity to save money.

Home Movers

Looking to upgrade to a bigger home or downsize, we can assist you with either of these, even if you are currently tied in with your existing lender.

Further Advance (equity release)

We can help customers gain access to the equity in their existing homes for a variety of reasons - Home Improvements, Debt Consolidation, Investment Property and more.

Buy To Let (investments)

This is where clients are looking to buy an additional property(s) to generate additional income.

Lifetime Mortgage

This type of mortgage is aimed at the older generation who own their home outright with no mortgage borrowing. A percentage of the equity from the property can be released to them without them having to make any monthly contribution to repay the borrowing amount. This is particularly useful to some clients who have a low income in retirement and the additional funds could improve their month to month lifestyle.

Our fixed rate was coming to an end and we had spoke to Paul about getting a better rate. Since our last rate change we had built and extension on the property and we had funded this through multiple credit cards.
